The design poetics of Sou Fujimoto, one of the leading designers of contemporary architecture, meets the technological lightness of Alias, for which he creates a bookstore, a library for the home characterised by a new and innovative approach.

Inspired by the relationship between architectural space and the human body, the Japanese architect has designed a compact and essential bookcase from which you can pull out a chair. A true object within an object, which underlines the relationship between people and books: after choosing a book, the reader can take the chair and sit down to read it.

The simple and extremely clean configuration of the bookcase is enriched by the soft and sinuous lines of the chair which, depending on the use, can be kept in a space inside the bookcase or, when in use, can be free in the space of the bookcase. In this way, the library becomes an element of the environment in which it is installed, playing an active and constantly evolving role.

The chair is available in a single colour - white - in order to emphasise the abstraction of the product and the strong links between the content and the container, between the container and the user. Available in one size, the office chair is produced in wood fibre panels.

New ways of working, new ways with seating
Calma, designed to improve the experience throughout the working day, designed for both corporate spaces and the home office. Calma draws inspiration from the idea of creating a welcoming work seat, a soothing presence in the often-stressful environment of the workplace. Its lines envelop the user to enhance comfort and tranquility. This collection offers five different types of backrest and it is available with a 5-wheel base or four casters.

Jima is a comfortable upholstered chair with a moulded foam seat and high back.
The unique, flowing line from the top of the back to the bottom of the seat and the armrests is particularly striking.

Leon is a chair with exceptional features. Its solid cantilever structure, combined with a luxurious upholstery, forms the basis of an ergonomic chair, offering comfort and support even during long working days. Plastic armrests, or the option of solid beech, walnut or oak, underline its strong character. To optimise comfort, the inside of the seat is made up of several layers. Leon seats can be stacked and, if required, fitted with a high backrest. In addition to the standard version, Leon is also available with luxury trim.

The RBM Noor four-legged chair combines lightness with clean lines. The polypropylene shell and tubular steel base are available in a wide range of colours to match your personal taste.

The seams define and shape the soft lines, giving an elegant and versatile look. Suitable for conference rooms and relaxation areas in hotels and residences. The Not seating family, characterised by a large, wrap-around shell and an elegant, versatile look, has been enhanced by two new versions: the Lounge, with more generous dimensions where comfort is at the forefront, and the Mini, more compact and with new bases that extend the possibilities of use to new environments.

The Nube chair is a design by Jesus Gasca, founder of STUA and the company's main designer, and Jon Gasca, his son and artistic director.
The design of the Nube chair is a combination of the flat orthodoxy of contemporary spaces and the curves of the human body. While the outer lines of the Nube chair are made of flat, parallel surfaces, the space where we can sit is curved and comfortable, like a nest.
Instead of a solid block, the design of the Nube chair allows the entire back of the chair to be seen. The shape with all the curves where we are going to sit is therefore visible. If you look at the chair, before you sit down, you can already expect a lot of comfort from the chair.
The volume of the upholstered armchair is then defined by the sober straight lines of the exterior, enriched by the gracefulness of the interior curves. This effect is reinforced by the use of two colours in the upholstery of the chair, one for the flat surfaces and one for the curved surfaces.
- The frame of the chair is light, minimal and the outer forms remain almost invisible.
- The frame is made of solid steel, chrome-plated or black.
Another detail of the NUBE chair is that it has a square top. Different chairs can be combined by rotating them. In this way, the chairs can be connected in straight lines or at an angle.
NUBE can be used both for domestic use and for the contract market. NUBE is always upholstered.

Model 161 is available in a wide range of options and colours. This version impresses with its sober lines and unupholstered plastic backrest.
The base is available in four powder-coated colours, and all the Giroflex fabric and leather collections are available for the seat upholstery.

The Gas chair collection is a very personal design project by Jesus Gasca. The Gas chair collection offers a full range of seating options, from side chairs to armchairs, task chairs and swivel chairs.

Jesus Gasca describes his goals in creating the Gas chair: "At STUA we dreamed of the future and envisioned a chair with flowing lines as light as gas.
This is why every joint, edge and curve is resolved with uncompromising attention to detail. The frame is made of aluminium, bright or matt chromed, or powder-coated on the back or in white. The Gas chair has been selected as one of the most comfortable chairs in the world.
The seat and backrest are available in polypropylene or upholstered.
The back can also be made of textile mesh.

Globus chair is a light stackable chair with a refreshingly original design. The curved shape of both chair backrest and seat offer an exceptionally comfortable seating position. The expressive, even voluptuous lines of the whole chair are beautifully crafted and smoothly integrated to constitute a design that looks perfectly finished from every angle. The metal structure is available in chromed-steel or stainless steel, with well-finished smooth curves and quality fittings. The seat and backrest are made of veneered multiply, finished in natural wood, wood lacquered or in polypropylene.

The seat can also be upholstered with fabric or leather.
The indoor frame is proposed in matt or shiny chrome or lacquered in white or black.
